News on upcoming ‘Go Green’ small group tours with Echidna Walkabout
Well known bird and wildlife guide, Tim Dolby, will lead our next Mungo trip in early June
We’re thrilled to have Tim Dolby on board.
Tim is well known to many birdwatchers throughout Australia — and the world. He’s guided all over Australia and written books about birdwatching including Finding Australian Birds.
This June, Tim will lead a small group through Hattah-Kulkyne and Mungo National Parks in the Willandra World Heritage Area. This is an extraordinary opportunity to enjoy the wildlife of Mungo and surrounds with a first rate guide.

Here’s some feedback from the very successful April trip:
“Just wanted to say what a wonderful trip we had to Mungo. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The facilities: accommodation, food, the vans, information etc were excellent.
Both Tim and Martin were brilliant. Tim’s knowledge of birds was really amazing and he enjoyed imparting this to the group, which was great.
Martin was a ball of enthusiasm and never stopped telling us so much about the Mungo area, the animals, birds, insects and everything else in between. His general knowledge, not just of Mungo but other areas around the world, was mind blowing.
Both were really nice guys and very tolerant of some of us who knew nothing about birds, in particular. I learned so much from them.” AusGeo traveller
